"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Philippians 4:13
Be a Blessing to One Another!
When God called Abraham, He gave him a mission statement: “You shall be blessed to be a blessing to others”.
We like to be blessed and happy by seeking selfish accomplishments such as being powerful, rich, and famous people so that we could enjoy our life in them rather than in the Lord....This was the original reason why the chief angel became Satan.
Becoming a Christian is the beginning of this wonderful life of blessing according to the mission statement that God gave for Abraham. It is to become like Jesus Christ. And you shall be happier by being more like Christ. Becoming more like Christ is to be mature in the Lord.
Becoming a Christian by ourselves is not possible at all. Jesus’ disciples failed to be like Jesus. But when the Holy Spirit came upon them, they received the power to witness Jesus in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the end of the world.
That is why Jesus sent us the same Holy Spirit who strengthens us so that we all become powerful to do all things in Lobo, Manila, Philippines, and to the end of the world.
After graduation, you shall be sent to various places where you shall glorify the Lord, witnessing Jesus Christ. Just like Jesus’ disciples did. Remember that you should not try to serve the Lord by yourselves, the fruit of which shall be failure.
Be filled with the Holy Spirit, whether you eat or drink, or whether you work for the government or for private firms or your own business. Whatever you do, do all for the glory of God.
Be filled with the Holy Spirit, and you shall be powerful in the Lord because the Holy Spirit does one thing which is to reveal the Lord Jesus Christ in and through your life. This is the way how you glorify the Lord.
Be diligent to gather together in the Lord and pray for one another, so that you shall be more blessed and more powerful through your prayers. For the Lord shall be there where two or more of you gather together in His name.
Are you excited with the works you shall do for the Lord? Yes, you ought to be!
My wife and I with your teachers shall pray also for all of you even after your graduation. And we request all of you to pray also for us, so that we shall continue to equip your juniors who follow you at the Lord Immanuel.
Congratulations on your graduation. May God bless you abundantly.
